- Boil water

- Add honey to it and mix well.
- Sip this decoctions 3 or 4 times a day.
Ayurvedic decoctions for Digestion Improvement(Fennel seeds and carom seeds)
At present a large number of people suffer from indigestion, gas trouble, constipation, bloating and other stomach disorders. Due to change in life style, eating habits, irregularity in eating times, and eating fast food(Junk Foods) their digestion system doesn’t functioning well which is the route of all this evil. The decoctions prepared of Fennel seeds and Carom seeds may prove very helpful for them. Ayurvedic decoctions For Diabetics to control blood sugar level(Fenugreek and turmeric)
This decoctions is very helpful for those who are diabetics or pre-diabetic and are compelled to monitor their blood glucose levels constantly. It is to be taken empty stomach in the morning for better results. To prepare the decoction –
- Take fenugreek powder and turmeric powder in equal quantity.
- Add them to a glass of milk.
- Boil it for some time.
- Take this milk every morning for better results.
Ayurvedic decoctions for fever(Tulsi or Basil and clove)
During the changing season fever is a common ailment. The decoction of Tulsi or Basil and clove may prove very helpful in this situation. To prepare the decoction –
- Boil a glass of water.
- Take 7 standard size Tulsi or Basil leaves and 5 standard size cloves.
- Crush them fine.
- Add them to the boiling water.
- Boil it till the water is reduces to half.
- Add a pinch of rock salt to it.
- Take this decoctions for 3 days(Twice daily)
