Download facebook profile, Activities logs Or everything and save to your Harddisk - At the very popular social media website almost everybody has an accounts on facebook. Some of us have a large friend list and post a lot of photos, videos and comments. Years long activities are quite difficult to remember but face book keeps an up to date records of everything you have done on your face book account. If you wish, you can down load all your records and save them on your hard disk in simple steps. Here are the steps –

Click on the logout button(Extreme right), now the following screen will appear -

Now click “setting” just above the log out option we regularly use, as indicated in the image above. Now the facebook “General Account Setting” screen will appear as given below -

Now click “Download a copy of your Facebook Data”, next screen will appear as given below –

The above screen explains everything about your download file. Now click “Start my Archive. Now the following screen will appear-

In the above screen your name, and photo will be displayed and though you are logged in to face book, as a special security check up, you will be asked your facebook pass word. Please check and confirm your name and image and then enter your pass word and click “Submit”. The next screen will appear like this

Now read the message given in the screen and click “Start My Archive” as indicated. The next screen will appear like this –

In the above screen your Email ID registered with facebook will appear. Please check and confirm your Email ID registered with facebook is correct because you will receive the email on this ID and then click “Okay”.

As you have seen that facebook has mentioned that they will send your records on your registered email. The email ID has been mentioned in the screen. Now your actions at facebook website are over and rest of the actions will be completed at your email account registered at face book, so please login to your email account and check the ‘inbox’. There you will see an email received from facebook.com containing security instructions and a clickable link. Please click the link and the following screen will appear –

Now check the particulars and click ‘Download Archive’. The next screen will appear like this –

Please enter your pass word and click “Submit”. The download option screen will appear like this -

Please choose your options and click ‘OK’. Now your file containing everything will be downloaded. You can save it to your hard disk or even print if you so wish.
